Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Account Manager (A2P) located in Noida. The International Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new international business clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sales and account management
• Strong knowledge of A2P SMS, and multi-channel messaging services
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the telecommunications or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
