We are a fast-growing IT Software Development Service Company working with global clients, delivering customized software, web & mobile solutions. We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation & IT Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT B2B Lead Generation for International Markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
  • Requirement Understanding & Technical Requirement Gathering
  • Requirement Analysis – converting client requirements into actionable scope
  • Qualifying leads, initiating conversations, scheduling meetings/calls
  • End-to-end Business Development cycle (from lead to opportunity stage)
  • Build pipeline & support team members in lead generation tasks
  • Client Communication (email / LinkedIn messages / zoom calls)
  • Negotiation of commercial terms / pricing discussions
  • Follow-up & CRM pipeline management
  • Ability to work in flexible timezone (as per client regions)
