Job Description

International Growth Manager / Business Development Manager – Global Markets

Support global prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach efforts to expand Morulaa’s service footprint.


Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic International Growth Manager to spearhead Morulaa’s global market expansion. In this B2B-focused role, you will identify and engage high-value leads, drive market access projects, and convert prospects into long-term partners across the healthcare and technology sectors. You will blend hands- on pipeline building, digital marketing, and strategic outreach to accelerate Morulaa’s international footprint.


Primary Responsibilities


B2B Sales & Market Expansion

  1. Search and shortlist manufacturers worldwide (Europe, US, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, LATAM, etc.) that:

  2. Are expanding to new markets (especially India)
  3. Need market access support for India
  4. Use trade fair directories (e.g. Medica, Arab Health, FIME, Medica etc), FDA/CE registries,
  5. LinkedIn company pages, press releases and Manufacturer directories and export registries


Data Entry and CRM Hygiene

  1. Maintain a clean and organized prospect database using spreadsheets or CRM tools
  2. Regularly clean, deduplicate, and segment the lead database for campaign readiness
  3. Record relevant company details such as:

-> Company name, location, website

-> Product/service category

-> Key contact person(s), roles, and email

-> Initial assessment of fit with Morulaa’s offerings


Email Prospecting Support

  1. Build segmented contact lists for targeted outreach to decision-makers (e.g., founders,
  2. business heads, market access teams)
  3. Work with the team on outbound messaging and initial outreach using email, LinkedIn, or
  4. campaign tools
  5. Monitor response rates and assist with basic follow-up tasks


Skills and Tools

  1. Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets): filtering, deduplication, formulas like Vlookup
  2. Familiarity with lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email finder tools, business directories)
  3. Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic outreach tools
  4. Good written communication and ability to organize information clearly


Ideal Background

3–5 years in:


  1. Market research, business development support, or lead generation
  2. Export sales, market entry strategy, or international business service
  3. Exposure to B2B customer identification or onboarding processes
  4. Ability to work across time zones and manage international data sets

-> Comfortable working across different time zones and geographies
