Customer Service Executive International BPO

Job Summary:

International Voice/Non-Voice Processes

HSC/Graduate freshers


Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC Freshers / Graduate Freshers

  • BPO Experience

  • Excellent English communication skills Mandatory

  • night shifts

  • 2 rotational week offs

  • Immediate Joiners only


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries via calls, chats, or emails

  • Deliver accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Follow company SOPs and quality standards

  • Meet daily/weekly performance metrics (AHT, FCR, etc.)

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers when needed
