Job Responsibilities: Business Growth Strategy: ·Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive the growth of homewares plastics products. ·Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay updated with industry developments to create a competitive edge. Key Accounts Management: ·Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including prominent retailers or Large global retailers. ·Work closely with these key accounts to understand their specific needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support. Market Research and Analysis: ·Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior related to homewares plastics products. ·Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities for the business. Client Relationship Management: ·Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors in the homewares industry. ·Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: ·Track sales performance, revenue, and other key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies. ·Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress and suggesting improvements.
