Job Title: Freight Sales

About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Sales Executive to join our international shipping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving freight sales targets across sea, air, and land logistics channels.
Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for international freight forwarding and shipping services.
Sales Management: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and account management.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
Pricing & Quotation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions to clients.
Coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and excellent service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or international shipping sales.
Strong understanding of global logistics, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the shipping or logistics industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
