1. Identify and develop new international markets and customer segments.
2. Generate and qualify leads through international trade portals and data mining.
3. Communicate and negotiate with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
4. Manage complete export sales cycle including quotations, order closure, and documentation.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) for smooth transactions.
6. Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyze competitor pricing.
7. Maintain CRM records and prepare business performance reports.
8. Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, International Business, Commerce, or related fields.
- MBA or PG Diploma in International Trade/Marketing/Export Management preferred.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in international business development/export sales in the chemical industry.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and export documentation handling.
- Proficiency in trade intelligence software (ImportGenius, ExportGenius, Trademap).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
