Job Summary:

International Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis in target regions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans for global expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure market alignment.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural practices in different markets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
• Strong knowledge of global trade practices and cultural business etiquette.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
