International B2B Sales Process !!

Experience: 1-5 Years

Location: MG Road , Bangalore

Salary: 6 LPA Max

Shifts : Rotational (No Night Shift)

B2B Sales/B2C Sales/Cross selling/Upselling

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Revenue Growth

Achieve quarterly goals for client coverage and depth of engagement.
Grow revenues from SMB clients within your book of business and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Leverage existing and new relationships to expand revenue in strategic product areas.

Strategic Sales Planning

Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business using segmentation and engagement tools.
Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics.

Product Expertise & Client Education

Maintain subject matter expertise on the companys marketing solutions.
Educate clients on digital media opportunities and translate their marketing goals into actionable strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the platforms capabilities to maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Initiative

Collaborate cross-functionally to solve client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and take on additional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
Strong understanding of SMB client dynamics and global market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
