Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Internal Communication & Employer Branding to elevate how we communicate with our employees and position our company as an employer of choice. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire our global workforce—while building a strong, differentiated employer brand in the talent market. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with People & Culture, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Business Units. Key Responsibilities: Internal Communication (50%) Design and lead the internal communication strategy to drive alignment, culture, and engagement. Develop executive communication materials (town halls, announcements, change communications, etc.). Manage internal channels (intranet, newsletters, Slack/Teams, etc.) to ensure consistent and timely messaging. Partner with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to communicate critical organizational updates. Lead communications for major internal events (e.g., leadership offsites, all-hands, culture initiatives). Employer Branding (50%) Develop and execute an employer branding strategy aligned with our EVP (Employee Value Proposition). Partner with Talent Acquisition to create compelling content (videos, blogs, social media, career site assets) that attracts high-quality candidates. Monitor employer reputation across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and review sites, and implement improvement plans. Build employee advocacy and referral programs to amplify authentic stories. Analyze the performance of employer branding campaigns and optimize accordingly. Qualifications: 10–12 years of experience in internal communication, employer branding, corporate communications, or related roles. Proven experience in leading communication strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), intranet platforms, and social media is a plus. High emotional intelligence and ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Nice to Have: Experience in technology, R&D, or global organizations. Familiarity with diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives and how to communicate them effectively. Comfort with data and using metrics to guide communication and branding strategy.
