Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing Processes: Examining financial, operational, and IT processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Risk Assessment: Identifying and evaluating potential risks (financial, operational, and compliance-related) and recommending strategies to manage and reduce them. Compliance: Verifying that the organization adheres to relevant laws, statutes, industry regulations, and accounting standards. Internal Controls: Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls designed to prevent fraud, protect assets, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Fraud Investigation: Investigating financial discrepancies and potential fraudulent activities within the organization. Reporting: Documenting audit findings, best practices, and recommendations in reports and presentations for senior management. Process Improvement: Providing actionable insights and recommendations to management for improving business processes, efficiency, and cost savings.
