Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Internal Audit Manager located on-site in Vadodara. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for leading internal audits, evaluating financial controls, and assessing internal control systems. Additional tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Internal Audit Manager will work closely with other departments to identify risks and recommend improvements.

Minimim 3 years of post qualificatin experience in Internal Audit of manufacturing entities, IFC documentation and Testing and SOP drafting

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Internal Controls
• Background in Finance and Accounting
• Experience conducting Risk based internal Audits of Manufacturing entities
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, Data Analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and handle a team of juniors
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CIA are a must
