Intern - Legal (Contract Management)

We're seeking an intern to join our legal team and assist with contract management tasks. As an intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our team with:

- Contract abstraction and review.

- Drafting basic legal documents like amendments and working on the review of basic agreements like NDAs.

- Record keeping and organization of contracts.

- Tracking and managing existing contracts for our existing customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.

- Draft basic documents like amendments and review legal documents like NDAs under the supervision of the senior team.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.

- Track and manage existing contracts for renewal or amendment.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).

- Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
