Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive o nline sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Build and manage campaigns for new product launches, seasonal offers, influencer collaborations, and remarketing audiences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the cosmetics/beauty segment to identify growth opportunities. Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for higher CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates. Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently across campaigns. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, product positioning, and audience targeting. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio. Work closely with the creative and product teams to ensure branding and messaging align with cosmetics industry trends. Stay updated with the latest beauty/cosmetics marketing trends, influencer strategies, and paid media innovations.
