Job Brief

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Business Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Explore and onboard new sales channels, both offline and online, to maximize reach.

Sales & Revenue Strategy

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new launches and categories.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing, margins, and channel performance.

Market Expansion

  • Identify new geographies, cities, and retail opportunities for brand penetration.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to understand gaps and create unique positioning.
  • Explore B2B opportunities with salons, spas, corporates, and institutional buyers.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless brand execution.
  • Align business development strategies with overall brand campaigns and promotions.
  • Represent Wnoss at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • 6–8 years of business development or sales experience in beauty/skincare/FMCG/D2C.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales/revenue targets.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent business acumen with a strategic yet execution-driven mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in sales forecasting and reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced certification in Sales/Business Development is a plus.
