Company Description Anantha Udaan is a youth-led NGO dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through education, skill development, and social justice initiatives. We teach children in slums, provide free exam coaching, run nutrition drives like Breakfast for Learning, and promote gender equality and civic awareness. Driven by compassion, inclusion, and integrity, we aim to create a lasting impact through small, meaningful actions. Role Description This is an internship role located in Varanasi with some work from home acceptable. The intern will be responsible for assisting in educational programs, coordinating skill development workshops, supporting nutrition drives, and promoting gender equality and civic awareness initiatives. Daily tasks may include organizing resources, facilitating sessions, and conducting outreach activities. Qualifications Enthusiasm for education, skill development, and social justice initiatives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with organizing events and workshops Basic knowledge of community outreach and engagement Experience in volunteering or working with NGOs is a plus Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
