About Chrysalis Services

Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming the social sector in India. We partner with trusts/foundations/NGOs and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their efficiencies in their chosen sector, thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. We partner with corporates/philanthropists to help them run their programs/projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc., to NGOs and corporates alike, and assist in running programs/projects professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct secondary research on industry trends, CSR initiatives, social impact themes, and project-specific topics.
  • Support the preparation of client reports, impact assessment documents, and presentations.
  • Assist in structuring data, drafting narratives, and ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.
  • Summarize findings from surveys, field data, stakeholder interviews, and published sources.
  • Help in developing concept notes, proposals, and project briefs.
  • Maintain organized project files, research materials, and data repositories.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather inputs and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Perform basic data analysis and produce charts, tables, and visual summaries where required.
  • Review and refine drafts to ensure quality, coherence, and alignment with project objectives.


Requirements:

  • Recently graduated with a degree in Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields. (Students pursuing education will not be considered)

  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, structured documents.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive desk research and synthesize information.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and collaborate with teams.
