🎯 Role Overview

Intern / Junior Architect

✨ Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Drawings

• Assist in preparing conceptual layouts, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Support the creation of working drawings, presentation drawings, and 3D models.
• Help prepare feasibility studies and massing models for redevelopment projects.

2. Software & Technical Work

• Draft drawings using AutoCAD.
• Work on SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and related visualization tools.
• Prepare design options and coordinate revisions based on feedback.

3. Planning & Authority Compliance

• Assist in preparing drawings as per DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, SRA guidelines, and municipal norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for RCC, MEP, and legal compliance inputs.

4. Documentation & Reports

• Support preparation of feasibility reports, area statements, and FSI calculations.
• Maintain drawing logs, version control, and submission records.

5. Coordination & Site Exposure

• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and PMC team.
• Attend site visits, surveys, and client meetings when required.

🧩 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural basics and design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop (preferred).
• Good understanding of municipal regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication, detailing, and teamwork skills.

🎓 Eligibility

• B.Arch students in 3rd/4th/5th year (for internship).
• Recent B.Arch graduates (for Junior Architect).
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience welcome.
