Job Description

As a dynamic and skilled Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. By closely collaborating with hiring managers, you will contribute to understanding staffing needs and establishing a robust talent pool. - Create and post job openings on multiple platforms. - Search and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers. - Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process. - Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. - Aid in the onboarding process for new hires. - Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics. Qualification Required: - Education: Degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and stakeholders. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and teams. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
