Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reading and analysing financial statements to check compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Support in reviewing, data collation and interpreting various legal agreements and documents.
Conduct research and provide summaries on relevant laws, agreements, and regulations such as SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other financial services regulations.
Apply legal knowledge to real business scenarios under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate and contribute in live projects
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) or pursuing Company Secretary (CS) or CS Inter.
Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial data.
Familiarity with legal interpretation and agreement drafting.
Knowledge of key Acts/statutes applicable to financial services, including SEBI regulations and Companies Act.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
