to support the sales team in
Lead Generation, Prospect Follow-Ups, and Customer Outreach
. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand sales processes and gain exposure to B2B and B2C communication, CRM tools, and sales life cycle management.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads through online research, databases, and social media.
- Make initial contact with leads via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Schedule calls/meetings for sales executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update the CRM systems with accurate data on leads and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and gather feedback.
- Generate reports on sales activities and lead performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
