We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Interiors Site Supervisor with expertise in interior fit-out, procurement, and management information systems (MIS) to oversee the execution of high-quality office interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. • Site Management: Coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, labor management, and material delivery, to ensure seamless project execution. • Procurement: Source, negotiate, and procure materials, furnishings, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project requirements. • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design standards, client expectations, and industry best practices. • MIS Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, budgets, and timelines, using management information systems for tracking and reporting. • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Problem Resolution: Address on-site challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications and Skills: • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record in office interiors. • Procurement Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and managing budgets. • MIS Proficiency: Familiarity with management information systems for project tracking, reporting, and documentation. • Technical Skills: Understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques, and fit-out processes. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients. • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines. • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide on-site personnel. • Education: Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field. Certifications in project management or fit-out are a plus. Additional Requirements: • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software). • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
