We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate should be able to manage daily site activities, supervise labor, and ensure timely and quality delivery of interior work. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure materials are available as per schedule and quality standards are maintained. Monitor progress and report updates to the project manager. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations. Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and design plans. Maintain records of labor, materials, and site progress. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design. Minimum 3 years of site experience in interior projects. Knowledge of materials, finishing standards, and interior execution techniques. Familiar with AutoCAD and basic MS Office tools. Strong communication and team management skills.
