We're currently hiring for the following: Position: Site Manager Exp: 4 years+Min Education: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil EngineeringSalary Range : 40-60k/monthLocation: Gurugram Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive, technically proficient and detail-oriented Site Manager to lead and coordinate the day-to-day execution of our architecture and interior design projects on-site. This role requires strong leadership, structural knowledge, excellent reporting practices, and the ability to manage teams and timelines with precision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution & Supervision Accurately interpret and execute works based on architectural and technical drawings—from dismantling/demolition/ground zero to final handover. Supervise site activities to ensure quality workmanship aligned with approved drawings and specifications. Check plans, measurements, and material quantities for accuracy. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with design, quality, health, and safety standards. 2. Planning & Material Management Prepare and monitor material requirements as per the construction program. Conduct daily material assessments and proactively raise alerts for shortfalls. Track and report material movement and usage to avoid wastage and delays. 3. Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination Maintain comprehensive site documentation including: Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) Schedule Compliance Reports Material Tracking Logs Work Completion Reports with measurements Highlight daily delays or issues and escalate with solutions. Coordinate between design teams, vendors and site workforce for seamless execution. Maintain regular communication with internal office staff to keep project status aligned. 4. Quality, Safety & Culture Oversee on-site Quality Control and ensure adherence to the company’s standards. Monitor health and safety practices and compliance at all times. Keep associates in check and maintain team morale and accountability. Monitor and support the creative process during execution to preserve design intent. 5. Mobility & Client Interaction Visit and supervise multiple sites if needed across the city/region. Attend regular site meetings, and vendor coordination sessions as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in site management for architectural/interior or turnkey projects. Strong technical knowledge of structure, materials, and execution processes. Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and measurements. Experience with project reporting, documentation, and compliance protocols. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. Must be comfortable commuting regularly between 2-3 sites.
