The role includes coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations, managing project schedules, and ensuring site safety and compliance with building regulations. Qualifications Project Management, Site Management, Construction Supervision Knowledge of Building Regulations, Safety Standards, and Codes Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership Skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Relevant experience in construction management or a related field Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
