Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dependable Maintenance cum Field Supervisor to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving a car, handling basic vehicle maintenance coordination, managing documentation, and using a computer efficiently. The role requires frequent travel to vehicle locations across India to resolve RTO, breakdown, and other vehicle-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Coordination: Visit breakdown or service locations as required. Coordinate with local workshops, mechanics, and tow services. Assist in regular upkeep and tracking of vehicle servicing schedules. Field Supervision: Travel to RTOs or authority offices for registration, permits, challans, and other transport documentation issues. Support vehicle movement, inspection, and fitness testing when required. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update vehicle-related records (RC, insurance, fitness, PUC, etc.). Ensure timely submission of documents to authorities. Handle challan resolution, tax filing, and permit renewal tasks. Computer & Administrative Tasks: Use basic MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet tools for data entry and documentation. Scan, upload, and share documents with the back office. Driving: Drive company car to travel to various locations for on-ground issue resolution. Requirements: Valid driving license (LMV required). Minimum 2 years of field or supervisory experience in transport/logistics preferred. Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email). Willingness to travel anywhere in India, sometimes at short notice. Strong problem-solving skills and accountability. Familiarity with RTO processes and vehicle documentation is good to have. Physically fit and ready for on-ground responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a transport, logistics, or fleet maintenance role.
