Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a caring, responsible, and well-educated individual to assist our children with their daily academic activities and provide meaningful companionship post school hours. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, have a strong grasp of school-level academics, and be capable of organizing a structured but nurturing environment for learning and development. Key Responsibilities: 👩‍🏫 Academic Support Assist children (approx. age: 10 & 6 years) with homework and school assignments Help revise school lessons and prepare for exams Make learning fun through creative techniques (quizzes, stories, games, etc.) Develop a basic weekly study plan with input from parents and school curriculum Support reading and communication skills (English and Hindi) Encourage neatness and good writing habits 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Child Companionship Accompany children post-school till early evening Engage them in indoor/outdoor activities that are age-appropriate Supervise screen time and promote educational content Assist in mealtime/snacks and ensure cleanliness after activities Teach and reinforce good manners, discipline, and basic values Be attentive to emotional needs and act as a positive role model 📋 Logistics & CoordinationMaintain a daily schedule and update parents about child’s progress Coordinate with school teachers (if needed) for academic feedback Be available during exam periods for extra support Eligibility & Skills Required:Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (preferably in Education, Arts, Science) Prior experience with teaching/tutoring or child care is preferred Fluent in Hindi and basic English; ability to teach school-level subjects Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with kids Basic computer literacy (for online learning/homework as needed)
