Job Description

Position Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP, GST filing, and TDS compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliations). Handle TDS compliance: deduction, deposit, return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A. Maintain accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements. Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and audits. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. RequirementsGraduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS provisions, and accounting principles. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and reconciliations. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients. Preferred SkillsExperience in working with manufacturing/logistics companies. Knowledge of payroll processing & PF/ESI compliance will be an added advantage.
