We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee and manage turnkey interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising all aspects of interior projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. A key responsibility includes preparing and managing the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to ensure accurate costing and procurement. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Coordinate with clients, designers, and vendors to understand project requirements and timelines. Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Manage on-site execution and ensure that work is being done as per design, quality, and safety standards. Supervise contractors, vendors, and site laborers for timely and quality output. Resolve on-site issues proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders. BOQ Preparation & Cost Management: Collaborate with designers and estimators to prepare a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on final drawings and specifications. Ensure all materials, finishes, quantities, and labor elements are included accurately in the BOQ. Monitor project budgets and update BOQ periodically as per scope changes. Review vendor quotations against the BOQ and assist in procurement decisions. Vendor Coordination & Procurement: Source and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Prepare and issue work orders or purchase orders based on approved BOQ and budget. Track material deliveries and contractor work status to avoid project delays. Client & Team Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams. Arrange and attend project meetings, site reviews, and snag inspections. Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality execution and transparency. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project documentation including drawings, site photos, progress reports, and invoices. Ensure all statutory and safety compliances are met on-site. Handle project close-out procedures including final billing and handover. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, services (MEP), and construction techniques. Proven experience in BOQ preparation and cost control. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred: Experience in commercial office interiors or turnkey interior execution. PMP certification or relevant project management training.
