Desired Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering (with specialization in Interiors) from a recognized institute.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in interior design and execution, preferably in premium residential, commercial, or corporate spaces.

Key Deliverables

• Concept & layout presentations for luxury spaces.
• Detailed GFC drawings, BOQs, and material palettes.
• Site execution completion within defined quality, budget, and timeline parameters.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong sense of design aesthetics and detailing for luxury interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and interior construction techniques.
• Proven experience in managing turnkey interior projects.
• Strong vendor, contractor, and site coordination skills.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Job Purpose:

To conceptualize, design, and execute premium interior projects across residential, commercial, and corporate segments—ensuring design excellence, functionality, and superior finish standards aligned with the organization’s brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, functional, and luxury interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project type (residential, commercial, or corporate).
• Prepare detailed working drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and presentation boards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure quality, design accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Manage material selection, mock-ups, procurement coordination, and installation processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design-related or execution issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, project schedules, and brand quality standards.
• Collaborate with the procurement and project teams to source high-end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Prepare progress reports, client presentations, and handover documentation.
• Stay updated on global trends, materials, and innovations in premium interior design.
