The role ensures competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining quality and compliance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities:1. Estimation & Quantity Take-off Study architectural drawings, layouts, and design details to extract furniture quantities and specifications. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for materials such as panels, hardware, finishes, edge banding, and accessories. Estimate labor hours required for production and installation. 2. Costing & Pricing Prepare cost estimates covering raw materials, hardware, fittings, labor, logistics, and overheads. Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors for specialized items. Develop detailed cost sheets and pricing proposals for client approval. Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and BOMs (Bills of Materials). 3.
