As a Quantity Estimator at Living Space Interiors, a leading manufacturer of high-quality interior furniture, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of furniture manufacturing projects. Your responsibilities will include cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, measurement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior work projects. - Administer contracts, manage variations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. - Monitor and control costs, identify and mitigate potential cost risks. - Take off quantities from drawings and specifications, and prepare bills of quantities. - Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in furniture manufacturing or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and cost control. - Proficiency in measurement software like Autodesk Quantity Takeoff or similar. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
