Job Description

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the project team in planning, organizing, and executing interior fit-out and renovation projects. This role ensures smooth project operations by coordinating between clients, designers, subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers. The Project Coordinator tracks project schedules, documentation, procurement, and site requirements to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Maintain updated project documentation, drawings, and correspondence.

2. Communication & Client Support

  • Act as a point of contact between clients, design teams, consultants, and site personnel.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, follow-ups, and action logs.
  • Respond to client queries and relay information to relevant teams.

3. Site Coordination

  • Support site teams by ensuring required documents, drawings, and materials are provided.
  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules and work sequences.
  • Assist in monitoring site activities and reporting on daily progress (if required).

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Manage project files and ensure proper version control of drawings.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
  • Assist in preparing handover documents, snag lists, and completion reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in interior contracting, construction, or project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
