Job Overview We are looking for a Jr. Interior Designer / Site Supervisor with 12 years of experience in interior design and site execution. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of modular kitchen designs , 3D visualization, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Roles & Responsibilities Design & Planning Create 2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings for modular kitchens and interiors. Prepare design concepts as per client requirements and budgets. Assist in material selection, finishes, fittings, and accessories. Site Supervision Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved designs. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors . Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and workmanship. Conduct site measurements and maintain execution accuracy. Client Coordination Attend client meetings and explain design concepts. Handle design revisions and on-site changes effectively. Ensure client satisfaction during and after project completion. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Interior Designing or related field. 1–2 years of experience in interior design & site supervision . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion (preferred) . Knowledge of modular kitchen systems, materials, and hardware . Strong understanding of site execution and coordination. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of BOQs and basic costing. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
