Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to create functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines. This role involves space planning, material selection, design presentations, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budgets
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards
• Create space plans, drawings, and presentations
• Select furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and décor
• Prepare project timelines, specifications, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
• Oversee project progress and address design-related issues
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• Strong creative, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects
• Experience with residential and/or commercial projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
