We curate, install, and maintain exotic, low-maintenance greenery for residences and workspaces. Our hybrid model, subscription and buyout, both with AMC, delivers a lifestyle-first experience: aesthetic, calming, oxygen-rich interiors with concierge-grade upkeep. Interior Design & Plant Styling Intern (Client-Facing) Why This Role ExistsWe design plant-first interiors that must look premium on day one and stay premium on day 100. You’ll help translate spaces (light, layout, materials, circulation) into living compositions (plants, pots, stands, frames) that are practical, maintainable, and brand-consistent. What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)In-home scans & diagnostics: Capture orientation, sun hours, lux readings, ventilation, surfaces and traffic flow; photograph anchor walls and balconies. Design & styling: Build mini moodboards, pot palettes, and per-spot placement diagrams that match respective interior styles. For E.g. (modern/earthy/metallic/monochrome). Specification & documentation: Draft per-home BOQs (plant+pot+size), care level, and installation notes; prepare “Plant Magazine” deliverables. Client servicing support: Join consultations, explain options (subscription vs buyout), and align on aesthetics, vastu, pet safety and aroma preferences. Install days: Assist with layout marking, pot staging, grouping logic, finishing (top-dress, felt pads), and final photography. Data & reporting: Log placements, lux, AQI snapshot, and care notes in Pravaa’s CRM app; update visit outcomes for AMC. Content support: Capture before/after visuals and write crisp design rationales for social/portfolio. Training & Mentorship 3-week induction & shadowing with the Pravaa core team (design + ops + horticulture). Progressive runway: Shadow → Co-lead → Lead select visits. Weekly design reviews on composition, survivability, and brand language. A Greenie to an Evergreen (KPIs you’ll be measured on)Accuracy: Lux/placement accuracy and spec completeness per project. Design quality: Client approval rate of first pass; reduction in post-install tweaks. Ops readiness: Zero-miss documentation for install/AMC teams. Brand craft: Consistent pot/finish choices aligned to interior cues. Professionalism: On-time files, tidy on-site conduct, clear client communication. Ideal BackgroundStudents in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Architecture, Set/Styling or an interest in Horticulture/Botany with a design bent. Confident with basic floor planning tools (paper + scale; Figma/Canva; SketchUp/AutoCAD is a plus). Strong visual taste; clear written English; conversational Hindi/Marathi preferred.
