SENIOR GARDENER Role: Senior Gardener (Client-Facing AMC Specialist) Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Hiring Timeline: Immediate Reports To: Executive Gardener / Founders ABOUT PRAVAA Pravaa is Mumbai’s premium indoor plantscaping studio. We design, install and maintain curated greenery for high-end homes, offices and lifestyle spaces. We blend interior design, horticulture, and hospitality into one seamless premium service. ROLE PURPOSE Our senior gardeners are the face of the brand; delivering professionalism, reliability and premium service.To independently manage client homes, maintain plant health, ensure aesthetic upkeep, handle client communication, and deliver a premium Pravaa experience.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs) Perform AMC visits independently Diagnose and treat plant issues Replace weak/damaged plants Maintain strict cleanliness — zero mess left behind Manage client coordination and communication Update all reports, photos, timings in app Train/support junior gardeners when required Oversee nursery maintenance, soil, stock rotation Monitor plant health & inventory Drive site installations end-to-end Maintain strict quality standards for all plants KPIs Client satisfaction score 9+/10 Zero complaints on cleanliness/professionalism Accurate app logs & reporting 95%+ plant survival rate On-time daily task completion KPAs Reliability and punctuality Polished communication Strong plant knowledge Professional grooming and conduct Trustworthy client-facing behaviour CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication 3–5 years indoor gardening / horticulture experience Strong plant diagnosis skills Ability to work independently Professional, well-groomed, respectful Good mobile-app usage WORKING HOURS 6 days a week Shift timing to be decided post interview Growth Ladder & Timeline Training Provided: Plant knowledge upgrade + documentation + client interaction training. Senior Gardener (0–12 months) → Executive Gardener (1–2 years) → Cluster Supervisor (2–4 years) → City Operations Lead (4–6 years) → Regional Lead (6+ years)
