Strategic marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s vision and business objectives. Campaign management: Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email newsletters, and industry publications. Content development: Collaborate with architectural and design teams to translate complex project details into compelling marketing content, such as project case studies, blog posts, and press releases. Brand management: Ensure consistency in the firm's brand identity, messaging, and graphic standards across all marketing materials and communications. Business development support: Work with senior leadership to prepare and coordinate proposals, presentations, and submissions for new business opportunities and industry awards. Market research: Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities, target new markets, and inform strategic decisions. Client relations: Manage and support client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and gathering testimonials for marketing use. Event coordination: Plan and manage the firm's participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics and return on investment (ROI) to senior management.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, with experience preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industries. A strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, including content creation and graphic design examples. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, SEO, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience or understanding of the B2B marketing landscape
