Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and other design tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Photoshop. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful project execution. This role requires strong visualization skills, a good sense of aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize, design, and execute residential interior projects from start to finish. • Create and present detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and other tools. • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget. • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project execution. • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor elements. • Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. • Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and sustainability practice Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Bachelor degree in architecture can be advantage • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in interior design. • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). • Experience of other design tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar. • Strong creative, visualization, and space planning skills. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
