They should possess strong critical thinking skills when formulating treatment plans and demonstrate proficiency in implementing specific strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development

  • Drive international business growth by identifying, targeting, and closing deals with clients across regions including North America, Europe, APAC, and MENA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Deliver product demos, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently.


Market Research & Country Entry Strategy

  • Conduct detailed research to

    identify high-potential countries

    and regions for market expansion.
  • Develop and execute

    region-specific go-to-market strategies

    .
  • Analyze local business environments, legal frameworks, competitor presence, and cultural factors.


Vendor & Channel Partner Development

  • Identify and onboard software vendors, resellers, and strategic partners

    in targeted international markets.
  • Build country-specific vendor networks for implementation, integration, or resale partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local partners to drive co-selling and joint marketing efforts.

Compliance & Certification Management

  • Ensure all operations comply with

    international trade laws

    ,

    data protection regulations

    (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and local certifications.
  • Coordinate the acquisition and renewal of essential certifications like

    ISO 27001

  • Work with internal legal and compliance teams to prepare contractual and policy documents for international deals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Provide an excellent client experience throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to account management and support teams.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B software sales.

  • Knowledge of global tech markets, country-level sales strategies, and partnership models.
  • Experience in vendor development, channel sales, or reseller networks is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks like

    GDPR

    , and other relevant certifications.
  • Exceptional communication, research, and strategic planning skills.
