• To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.
• To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
• To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments + forecasting.
• To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/ improvement ideas related to processes.
• To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.
• To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.
• To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipment planning.
• To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.
  

What we would like you to bring

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transport planning, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of order/transport planning, shipment tracking, and forecasting.
• Ability to handle escalations, deviations, and daily operational reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
