Job Summary:

Insurance Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements for insurance sales, operations, and support roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build a strong talent pipeline by networking with professionals in the insurance and financial services sector.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker for timely updates.
Coordinate and conduct job fairs, walk-ins, and campus hiring for insurance advisors/agents.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and support HR with documentation.
Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and joining ratio.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in recruitment (experience in
insurance/financial services hiring
preferred).
Strong understanding of agency and direct channel recruitment in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, portals, and MS Office.
Self-motivated with strong networking and negotiation skills.
