Instrumentation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
• Routine inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Handling and maintenance of PLC, DCS, SCADA, control panels, and associated instrumentation.
• Loop checking, testing, and documentation of instrumentation systems.
• Attending breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime of plant operations.
• Coordination with operations, electrical, and mechanical departments for smooth plant functioning.
• Maintaining calibration records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Supporting shutdown activities and plant expansions, if required.

Education Qualification:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
• ITI (Instrumentation) candidates with strong hands-on experience may also be considered.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta / Schneider preferred).
• Knowledge of calibration standards and industrial safety practices.
• Ability to read P&ID, loop diagrams, and control schematics.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation).
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
