Description
As a Junior Instrumentation Engineer at Manastu Space, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and selecting appropriate sensors for our aerospace application, integrating them into the system, calibrating them, and validating their performance. - Implementing efficient methods for interfacing sensors with the system, including noise reduction techniques, filtering, amplification, and signal conditioning. - Developing calibration procedures, performing sensor calibration, and conducting thorough testing and validation of the instrumentation system. - Setting up data acquisition systems to collect sensor data during operational conditions, analyzing and interpreting the data to extract meaningful insights. - Identifying and resolving technical issues related to sensors, instrumentation systems, and data acquisition, and conducting periodic maintenance activities. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols relevant to aerospace instrumentation, and generating detailed technical documentation. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Instrumentation and Control/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry. - Proficiency in sensor interfacing techniques, sensor selection, integration, and calibration for aerospace applications. - Familiarity with various types of sensors used in aerospace applications and industry standards for aerospace instrumentation. - Experience with data acquisition systems, real-time monitoring tools, Automation skills, PLC, and control systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
