1.Planning and execution of routine maintenance activities.
2.Check utility daily Log sheet.3.Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity.4.Carry out all the maintenance activities as per given plan and record it.5.Carry out preventive maintenance of all the equipment and record it.6.Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and check test calibration certificate.7.Indent of spare, accessories.8.AMC for the different equipment from outside with proper documentation and record it.9.Provide specific job trainings operation and preventive maintenance to the concerned personnel within the factory.10.Maintain cGMP in the department and its related documentation.11.Ensure All type of work with proper safety.12.Ensure proper housekeeping in the department.13.To Prepare documents for Equipments Qualification.14.Preparation of SOPs.15.Handling of Self-inspection and audit compliance.16.Organize the training of U&M dept. as per Training Calendar and record of training documents maintain.17.Responsible for all instruments maintenance which we have in plant.18.Good engineering practices to be implement.
