Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to handle installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems at our manufacturing plant. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, safety, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.)
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues in process plants and utilities
• Maintain and support PLC, SCADA, and control panels
• Handle loop checking, commissioning, and shutdown activities
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Maintain calibration records, SOPs, and documentation
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
• Support audits, ISO documentation, and validation activities
• Manage spare parts inventory related to instrumentation

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Instrumentation / Electronics
• Experience in manufacturing or dairy/food processing industry preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, transmitters, and control valves
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant instrumentation experience in a manufacturing plant
