As a Deputy General Manager - Accounts & Finance, you will be a key member of the leadership team, supporting the GM/CFO in overseeing financial operations, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planning. Your responsibilities will include preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports, managing cash flow and fund requirements, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing internal financial controls. To excel in this role, you should possess a CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 12-20 years of experience in accounts & finance, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial position. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation expertise, ERP/SAP proficiency, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
