Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Job Summary

The Manager (Accounts & Finance) will oversee the end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance functions of the organization. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in financial operations and supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Manage overall accounting operations including ledgers, bank reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Oversee GST compliance: returns filing, reconciliation, and assessments.
• Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly returns.
• Coordinate with auditors (Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors).
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget vs. actual and initiate corrective actions.
• Implement cost-control measures to improve financial efficiency.

4. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct variance analysis, MIS reporting, and financial performance reviews.
• Provide periodic management reports to Directors for decision-making.
• Analyze profitability, risks, and financial trends.

5. Banking & Treasury

• Manage banking operations, fund flow, LC/BG documentation, and credit facilities.
• Liaise with banks for loans, limits, and financial negotiations.

6. Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor the accounts team.
• Assign tasks, review work, and build strong financial discipline across the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
