Instructional Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning solutions that drive learner engagement and business performance. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, leveraging instructional design methodologies, and developing SCORM-compliant learning packages for deployment across Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning, blended, and instructor-led training programs aligned with organizational learning goals.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and content flow.
• Create instructional materials including storyboards, scripts, quizzes, and assessments.
• Develop and package interactive e-learning modules into SCORM-compliant formats for seamless LMS integration.
• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar to build engaging digital learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Conduct quality assurance and user testing for all learning materials and SCORM packages before deployment.
• Monitor learner performance and feedback to continuously improve learning content.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design, e-learning tools, and learning technologies.

Key Requirements

• 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or e-learning content creation.
• Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent written, visual, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
