Job Title: Instructional Designer – SAP S/4HANA Experience Required: 4–5 Years Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to develop training content for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in instructional design principles, experience in ERP-related training development, and excellent content writing and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop learner-focused training materials for various SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, MM, SD, etc.). Create engaging eLearning content , instructor-led training decks , user manuals , and quick reference guides . Translate complex SAP processes into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand learning materials . Ensure consistency in instructional tone, visual format, and terminology across all deliverables. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) , business stakeholders, and project teams to gather content and validate accuracy. Participate in user training sessions and support content delivery. Collect feedback from end users and make necessary content revisions or improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4–5 years of professional experience in instructional design , content development, or ERP/SAP training. Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Hands-on experience creating SAP-related training materials . Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, Camtasia , or other eLearning authoring tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex business processes and technical jargon for diverse audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts . Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) . Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field .
